Problem
You are experiencing an IT issue (hardware malfunction, software error, network connectivity problem, or system outage) and need to report it.
Solution
1. Check the IT Status Page at status.konami.internal to see if there is a known outage affecting your system.
2. If no known outage applies, submit an IT request through the Konami IT Support help center. Select the request type that best matches your issue: Hardware Request (for physical equipment problems), Software Request (for application errors or crashes), Access/Permissions (for login or permission issues), General IT Question (if you are unsure which category fits).
3. In the description, include: what you were doing when the issue occurred, any error messages you received (screenshot if possible), your workstation asset tag, and the urgency (is this blocking your work?).
4. Your ticket will be routed to the appropriate IT team based on the request type.
5. For critical issues blocking multiple employees, call the IT emergency line at ext. 5500 in addition to submitting a ticket.
