Problem
You are locked out of your account or need to change your password for a Konami system (email, VPN, Active Directory, or application-specific login).
Solution
1. Go to the Konami password reset portal at https://passwordreset.konami.internal.
2. Enter your employee email address and click 'Reset Password.'
3. Check your personal email (the recovery address on file) for a verification code.
4. Enter the verification code on the reset page.
5. Create a new password. Requirements: minimum 12 characters, at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.
6. Click 'Confirm.' Your new password will take effect within 5 minutes across all connected systems.
If the Self-Service Reset Does Not Work
1. If you do not receive the verification code within 10 minutes, check your spam folder.
2. If your recovery email is outdated or you do not have access to it, submit an IT ticket using the 'Password Reset' request type. Include your full name, employee ID, and the system you need access to.
3. The Help Desk team will verify your identity and reset your password within 4 business hours.
