Problem
You need software installed on your Konami workstation for a project or role requirement (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Visual Studio, Unity, Unreal Engine, specialized development tools).
Solution
1. Submit an IT request through the Konami IT Support help center. Select 'Software Request' as the request type.
2. In the description, include: the software name and version, the reason you need it (project name or role requirement), and your workstation asset tag (found on the sticker on the bottom or back of your laptop/desktop).
3. Your request will be routed to the Software Provisioning team.
4. A manager approval may be required for licensed software. If approval is needed, your manager will receive an email requesting authorization.
5. Once approved, the Software Provisioning team will schedule installation. Standard turnaround is 2 business days. You will receive an email when installation is complete.
Frequently Requested Software
Adobe Creative Suite, Visual Studio, Unity, Unreal Engine, Perforce, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Office. If your software is not on this list, include as much detail as possible in the request description.
